Vacuum packaging is the process of removing air from a bag prior to sealing. This process is commonly performed within the food industry using a vacuum chamber machine.
Vacuum packaging is primarily used to extend the shelf life of perishable foods such as meats and cheeses by reducing atmospheric oxygen and limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria. It is also commonly used to store dry foods over a long period of time, such as cereals, nuts, cured meats, coffee, and potato chips. This form of packaging is becoming increasingly popular in other industries such as electronics and medical for its advantages of providing a clean, dry, and low oxygen environment for sensitive goods.
First you need to determine what size vacuum pouches you will be using. Then you will need to consider how many packages you will need to seal on a daily basis and how many hours you wish to operate. Once the above is determined then you can contact us and we will determine which machine is best for your application.
Busch USA vacuum pumps are standard in most vacuum chamber machines we sell. They are optional in the 350, 420, and 520 series. The TC280 comes equipped with an Italian made DVP pump that has proven to be a very reliable alternative to Busch.

YES-Even with our extensive line of sizes and options you may find that we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for. One of the major advantages of owning our own manufacturing plant is the ability to customize equipment to suit our customer’s needs.
Our equipment is primarily sold through a network of privately owned distributors around the world. We work one on one with each dealer to insure that our high standards of customer service are met. In the territories where a distributor is not present we will work directly with a customer to assist in providing what they are looking for.
We firmly believe that by having a local distributor we are able to provide our customers with superior service that many others fall short of. Having someone close by provides additional assistance both before and after the sale that would otherwise be difficult. Having a means of obtaining local sales, service, and parts has been found to be very beneficial to our customers.
In most cases your local dealer will stock the common wear items for your machine. In addition both our California and New York facilities carry a full line of parts.
